A good day's work and still have my evening.

I am very bad at checking email during the day though, going to dry tip 1 when I get back in the office.

Re: So what exactly does a Product Manager do?

Good post. I wish to know if it is a good idea to include many stakeholders at the beginning of the product management process. What is the right time to include stakeholders? How to get buy-in from most of them? Thanks.

Re: 50 Things I Want To Do Before I Die

Adam, cheers to an incredible list! To be completely honest, of all the content on your site this entry is by far the most telling. Upon reading your list it's impossible to not pickup on your unique character, your love, generosity and unprecedented zest for life.

That being said, I am quite curious to know which of any you've been able to complete within the 2.5 years it's been since the creation of the post. Along those same lines... have there been any new desires you wish to add?

Re: How to Design Unforgettable, Unique and Secure Passwords for all your Accounts

Where's the encipherment? It's an algorithm, yes, but doesn't add encryption per se. Unfortunately the mental gymnastics required are potentially significant and harder than say a handful of repeated passwords, e.g. one for the sites you don't care about (pr0n) one for the blogs, forums etc. where the person who owns them is untrusted, one for your own mail and computers, one for your finance systems and (optionally) a super-root password if you administer such things. Best case, 4-5 easily remembered (but strong) passwords.

Your system could work if you thought through it enough. Most people might not and would come up with a 'password' that's not hard to crack. Unique, but insecure. Such a system could still be useful for 'throwaway' logins or semi-trusted websites.

Regardless, all of the above will be worthless if your computer is infested with keystroke loggers and other malware. You would also be susceptible to rubber-hose cryptanalysis.

Re: Innovation in Smartphones and the Future of Handheld Devices

A really good post, mate.
